We’re seeking a New Business Sales Director with a sharp commercial mind, a passion for building winning teams, and a track record of delivering multimillion-pound enterprise deals in complex, technology-led environments. About the Opportunity: As New Business Sales Director, you’ll lead the full UK and European new business function — driving strategy, building high-performing teams, and closing large-scale contracts across both the Public Sector and Private Sector. You’ll sell intelligent, technology-enabled BPO and customer engagement solutions, including: * Claims and application processing * Customer journey and experience management * Fraud prevention and validation services * Omnichannel customer service delivery (voice, email, chat) * Fulfilment of payments, vouchers, and physical rewards This is a senior commercial leadership role that directly influences company growth and market presence. Key Responsibilities: As the New Business Sales Director, you will: * Develop and execute a clear, high-growth New Business Sales Strategy for BPO and Sales Promotions across Europe. * Lead and inspire a team of New Business Sales Executives, driving exceptional performance and accountability. * Personally originate and close complex, multi-year, multimillion-pound BPO deals. * Build trusted relationships with C-Suite and senior decision-makers through a consultative sales approach. * Oversee the full tender and RFP lifecycle, shaping compelling proposals that win. * Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding and commercial success. * Own the revenue and profit targets for the European new business function — ensuring forecasting accuracy and consistent delivery. What You’ll Bring To succeed as New Business Sales Director, you’ll need: * Ideally 8+ years of proven new business sales experience within complex B2B technology or BPO environments. * 3+ years managing and motivating a high-performing New Business or Business Development team. * Strong record of selling technology-enabled BPO, professional, or platform-based services into large Public and Private Sector clients. * Expertise in solution selling, RFI/RFP processes, and managing long-cycle, consultative sales. * Experience leading multimillion-pound contract negotiations with C-Suite stakeholders. * Commercial and analytical acumen with a clear focus on profitability and sustainable growth. * A motivational leadership style — energetic, strategic, and relentlessly driven to succeed.
